-FREE Zoom Consultation: Your trainer will reach out to schedule 1-2 FREE consultations. Through this process, you will be taken through a questionnaire pack, a movements analysis- a series of movements in order to identify any red flags, and a formal approach to identifying your fitness goals and needs.

-Personalized workout program: Upon the completion of the consultation, your trainer will immediately begin work on your tailored fitness program, including appropriate workouts all in line with your training goals.

-Tailored Nutrition Program: Every Client will receive a complete nutrition breakdown and an in depth plan and structure to ensure we are fueling our body with the proper nutrients.

-Full Access to the Fitness App: After your consultation, your trainer will send you an email with a link to download our fitness app and set up your account- no additional fees required. From here, you will have full access to everything provided by your trainer along with our workout arsenal of over 1000+ exercises.

-Reoccurring Coaching Calls: In order to continue a Face-to-Face relationship with our clientele, your trainer will schedule a reoccurring Zoom or Facetime call whenever best fits your schedule. During your Coaching Call, your trainer will preview the upcoming training adjustments, answer any questions or address any concerns, and ensure that you are maintaining your steady pace to achieve your goals.

-Text Check-Ins: Along with your Weekly Coaching Call, your trainer will frequently check-in- via text message or directly through the app, to ensure that your training is going as smoothly as possible.

-Accountability: Our job is to ensure you are on the right path to reach your goals. Our trainers will ensure you have everything you need in order to maintain your accountability during this process.

-Flexibility: We understand life gets in the way sometimes. Our trainers are here to help you navigate through this hectic life in order to get the job done! Whether its adjusting a workout’s intensity after a long day, or rescheduling a Coaching Call, we will ensure our goals are getting accomplished no matter the obstacle!
